Job Description

As a part of the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team, the Analyst will provide support in the delivery of excellent learning administration services to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. This role is critical for managing high-quality, first-line learning administration support. The primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction by providing solutions that meet the needs of users while meeting Practice Support Services objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Administration: Add courses and classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System, monitor course enrollment, and process approvals and cancellations.
  • Invoice Management: Work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and manage internal cost recharges when applicable.
  • Post-Course Evaluation: Ensure post-course evaluations and feedback are processed accurately.
  • System Updates: Ensure all system-related activities are completed accurately and on time, following procedural guidelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection legislation at all times and assist with wider projects as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to maintain high service standards and meet operational goals.
