Job Description
Role: Presales Associate (WFH)
As a Presales Associate at Livspace, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers and scheduling high-quality leads for the sales team. Your role will focus on identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and upselling services when appropriate. You will also be scheduling Experience Centre visits with the design team, ensuring timely follow-ups, and communicating professionally with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Manage a large number of outbound calls effectively.
- Schedule Experience Centre visits with our design team as per the defined process.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Qualifications & Expertise
- A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, but good English communication skills are mandatory.
